Toyota Australia has launched its new online customer portal Toyota Go with the opportunity for four lucky owners to win a $1,000 gift card to redeem on items such as vehicle servicing, accessories or Toyota merchandise. Since the soft launch in September, Toyota has seen over 30,000 people join Toyota Go.
The portal allows customers to register and receive a variety of rewards and discounts on everything from fuel to movie tickets, along with safe, secure access to view their Toyota vehicle and personal ownership information.
Toyota Australia Chief Marketing Officer Vin Naidoo said the new customer portal would enable owners to not only be rewarded for their loyalty to Toyota, but also keep on top of important aspects of their vehicle ownership.
“We know our customers are often time-poor and may miss important communications from us or their Toyota dealer, so the new Toyota Go customer portal will enable them to have direct secure access to everything they need to know, at times that work for them,” Mr Naidoo said.
“It’s all about improving the experience for customers, not to mention giving them the opportunity to take advantage of regular discounts and special offers with a variety of our partners,” he said.
In addition to the opportunity to win a $1,000 gift card, owners that register on the Toyota Go portal will be rewarded with:
- 4cpl discount on fuel at all Ampol service stations1
- A $50 KINTO voucher to use on Toyota’s carshare service
- Discounts on selected items at JB HiFi
- Discounted tickets for selected movies
- A 10 per cent discount on any Toyota Merchandise

To register, customers simply visit toyota.com.au/membership and input their personal and vehicle details to receive a secure login. If a customer is already a member of the myToyota Connect App, there is no need to register and they can use the same credentials to get access to the portal.
Customers will then be able to access information on their vehicle servicing requirements, book a service at a time that works for them, or check their service history.
They can also look up the latest vehicle manuals, and get important information on any recall or service campaigns on their vehicle.
More discounts and rewards will be added in the future as Toyota explores further opportunities with its partners including Kayo, Cricket Australia and the AFL.
